Junior Section
The Junior season got off to an explosive start as junior team member Kieran Higson smashed the first drive straight down the middle of the fairway watched by Club Captain John McKenna, Club President Norman Guy and the many youngsters who turned up to take part in the first competition.
The day was a great success with over 40 keen juniors signing up for the weekly competitions.
Regent Park Golf Club has a thriving Junior section.Competitions are played throughout the summer months on Sunday afternoons.
Every Sunday, we run 18 and 9 hole competitions for our junior golfers. This is a great way to improve your golf, get a handicap and make lots of new friends. Why not join us?
Simply pay a one off membership fee of £25, then come along at 1.15 pm on a Sunday afternoon, pay £1 for the 9 hole comp, (£2 for 18 holes if your handicap is 28 or less) and away you go.
Each week the winner gets a medal and the opportunity to play for a wide range of trophies and prizes as well as seeing your handicap drop.

All Junior club competitions are played to EGU Congu (Unified Handicapping System) rules.
The club also play team matches within the B.G.A. Junior League and members can participate in B.G.A. Junior Championships.
We have an active social schedule and organize many events throughout the year in our newly refurbished clubhouse. At the end of the season, our Presentation Evening recognizes the achievement of all the junior members of the club.
